Dr. Timothy Gibson is board-certified in orthopedic surgery. He specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopy, fractures, and joint replacement. He also evaluates and treats a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and sports injuries.

Dr. Gibson graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a B.S. Degree in biological sciences. After attaining his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine, he completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center. He finished his sports medicine fellowship at the San Diego Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Fellowship under Dr. James P. Tasto.

Dr. Gibson has been practicing in Huntington Beach since 1999 and serves as team physician for Fountain Valley High School. He is currently a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery (AAOS).

Dr. Gibson is affiliated with Hoag Orthopedic Institute, Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center, and Newport Center Surgical.

In his spare time, he enjoys his wife and three children. He also enjoys collecting wine, traveling, swimming, and playing golf. Dr. Gibson also claims to have no interest in professional sports, yet he always knows the stats and standings.
